I’m now taking these supplements for the second month. I think they’re doing well at aiding the clearing of my acne from the inside out (paired with the creams, of course). Either way, i like that they’ve got loads of vitamins which i was probably lacking at start. I’m aware that the journey to clear skin is a slow one, but I can already start to see some improvements. I’m quite happy with the products so far!

The DIM supplements was definitely a welcome addition to my skincare regimen. As someone who has a lot of hormonal, cystic acne, I definitely noticed a difference in my breakouts around my period. The pills don’t cause me any GI upset or any side effects and do not interact with my IUD for birth control. The pills do have a slight broccoli/kale aroma but it wasn’t unpalatable by any means. I’m so happy I have these supplements in my regimen!

these supplements really do help and i’ve noticed such a difference in my skin. i simply just pop one in my mouth before bed and wash it down with some water, and watch as it takes effect with my skin washing routine, and i can tell it works wonders. i will definitely be ordering them more in the future. thanks mdacne for giving me the skin that i’ve always wanted to have, it’s boosted my self confidence greatly, and the supplements help in that way as well!!

I was a little skeptical at first, but in combination with my customized facial cleanser, cream, and moisturizer, the skin clearing supplements have been working well! I appreciate that they are a vegan product, and I didn’t expect them to smell like pepper! Funny story. It was by accident that I added them to a delivery, and I’m glad I did. I tried them, and at first I didn’t notice a difference. I’ve been using the skin clearing supplements for nearly 4 months and have seen great improvement. I simply take them everyday after I have my lunch with a full glass of water.
