I’ve been using the skin clearing supplements for nearly 4 months and have seen great improvement. I simply take them everyday after I have my lunch with a full glass of water. It’s really easy to apply and it does soak into my skin nicely
To start out with it is a pretty big bottle so it’s nice I don’t have to keep buying it a lot like other products. The smell is sort of like cleaning supplies and it does have a strong smell but it’s not bad. I usually use it during my routine when I get out of the shower in the morning so it’s easy to keep consistent with using it. It’s really easy to apply and it does soak into my skin nicely so it doesn’t just sit caked on top of my skin and it actually leaves my skin a little more moisturizer which is nice. It did reduce some redness over the first couple days and make my skin a little more smooth and less bumpy. I’m overall pretty happy with the product and will continue to use it.
