Q&A

I think I have sbhorriec dermitatis. I went to the doctor and they gave me a steroid for my scalp. My skin is getting really dry — is it normal, or is it just because of the winter?

Hi. Seborrheic dermatitis is manifested as red skin patches with scale on them. This can look like dry skin.
The right diagnosis depends on the location of these reddish "dry" patches. You should advise with a Dermatologist for the best treatment for your condition. 🙂
