Bone broth is rich in minerals that support the immune system and contains healing compounds like collagen, glutamine, glycine, and proline. It is believed that the collagen in bone broth heals your gut lining and reduces intestinal inflammation. There have been studies linking intestinal/”gut” health with acne, so it’s very likely adding bone broth may help some who’s acne is caused (or exacerbated) but intestinal issues.
Having said that, there is no clinical evidence (yet) that drinking bone broth has any effect on acne. Therefore, my suggestion is to stick to treatments that have been tested clinically and were proven to have a real effect on acne. You can always supplement an effective anti-acne routine to see if it helps!
