Some of the salts are enriched with iodides. As iodides can cause acne breakous. Stay away from salt, foods, vitamin supplements and sports drinks/bars that contain iodides. If you are acne prone try to avoid seafood, seaweed, salty fast foods and kelp tablets that some people take these for thyroid support.
