Q&A

A spot on my chin keeps coming back. It is pus filled. What should I do?

The most important part of acne treatment is prevention of new pimples. If you are using an effective anti-acne cream such as benzoyl peroxide, you need to stick to it, and apply it all over your face every night. To "dry up" the single pimple on the chin you can use some pimples absorbing patches. (easy to by in every drugstore). Do not pick at the pimple. It will just make it larger. If there is no improvement in 3-4 weeks you need to see a Dermatologist to consider intra-lesional injection of steroids.
