The app is super interactive and easy to navigate. Love the reminders to keep me on track. The products are great too although my skin is in the purging stages I am trusting the process and staying on task. I do feel a difference as far as texture my skin has become softer than it was . Looking into trying the supplements to add to what I am doing as well as eating better to ensure the results stay effective. After about 3 days of use of the product,you could see it reduce redness but it is dry but I’ve been told it’s normal for the first few weeks

I haven’t seen visible results yet but I’ve only been using the products for a week! However my skin has felt so much better and hydrated!
