I ordered this product over a month ago, not knowing what to expect. The shipping took longer than anticipated, but since I live in Canada, I wasn't too concerned. After receiving an email about my next box shipping soon, I reached out to the company to let them know I hadn’t received the first box yet and requested to postpone the next shipment. They were incredibly kind and promptly checked my shipment status, also accommodating my request to push back the next shipment to allow for the appropriate shipping time. Now that I’ve received the package, I’ve been using the products every day, and I absolutely love how they feel. I’ve already noticed an improvement in my acne and am excited to continue using them!

Ilove this so much. One reason is because it's not just a typical treatment for one type of skin.They actually make a customized cream just for YOUR skin! A I was doubtful at first but I can say that I'm very impressed with the results.I can see the results at about 1-2 weeks. It's very efficient. You should definitely try it out!

I was wary of trying new products as I’ve spent a fortune over the last 3 years trying to find something to help my skin. I never had any acne until falling pregnant with my daughter and then continued with severe acne even after she turned two. I’d tried retail products, prescription products from my Go and nothing seemed to work ( I think the regular updates and reviews provided by MDacne make all the difference). It was really getting me down so I thought trying one more thing wouldn’t hurt…. And I’m so happy I did! I didn’t notice much difference in the first month and my skin became a little dry by week six as expected. MDacne prepare you for this and advise it can happen. By month 2 there was a visible improvement and by month 3 the majority of my spots had gone! I still get the odd pimple but I’m 8 months pregnant again so a lot of that is hormonal. But I can now leave the house without makeup and my skin is dramatically improved! I still have a few marks/scars which are slowly improving and I’ll definitely be continuing with these products. The team are always on hand to answer any questions and review my products regularly.
