I've been using my treatment for a week and a day and yes, it's super early on to rave about MDacne but wow, there's way too much!! Fist and foremost, my treatment IS working! I used to breakout daily. Multiple breakouts in clusters on my face that left behind dark spots (ofc) and since using my treatment, I've broken out ONCE (yesterday when my monthly started) and that breakout is pretty much gone now. My face has been calm, not red, smooth and virtually breakout free. I didn't even know that could ever be my reality! Overall, it's the clearest it's been in 3 years. Secondly, my formula is TRULY customized to meet MY skin's needs. If you're on the fence about trying it, just do it! You do not have to worry about receiving a generic bs formula that won't work. This stuff works!! If you find that you're experiencing irritation etc and you feel like something isn't working, DON'T WRITE THE COMPANY OR YOUR FORMULA OFF. Work with your point of contact so things can be adjusted to suit you and your skins needs. Thirdly, the customer service and support is everything I need it to be and more. My girl Jessica (Hey Jess lol) has been nothing but helpful to me. Not only are her tips helpful but they're RELEVANT. Why? Because she actually takes the time to read and address EVERY point of my inquiry. Now to me, that's customer service!! You will not be alone on this journey. Just do your weekly check-ins and communicate and everything will be smooth. Seriously, if you're having doubts, don't even worry. Get your free trial and get your skin on track because it's seriously such a good investment. Prior to, I tried Curology and it was a complete and utter bust (for me). Total opposite of my MDacne experience and it left a bad taste in my mouth. With MDacne (and God's grace), I will NEVER. EVER. look back.

I want to begin by saying , this company has been the best in every aspect. The products are amazing and so are the staff. Always happy to help and very rapid responses. In my teenage years I never had an issue with acne, when I started experiencing issues with my face I did not know where to start. I spent a lot of money in OTC products which did not help. I am truly thankful i found MD acne. Even though it has been a very long journey I couldn’t be happier with my results . If you decide to try this (everyone should) please don’t get discouraged if you don’t see results fast, continue with the routine and I promise you your skin will change and you will start seeing amazing results. I’ve struggled with acne since I was a pre teen, I’ve tried so many different things and nothings works like MDAcne. Wow is all I can say…. I’ve been using their customised products for 16 days now and I’m shocked how much of a difference it’s made to my skin…..
